Cris Mirabella never intended his for his exquisite archtop jazz guitars to be flung into DADGAD and used as fingerstyle machines but they really do work for me!

Here's a case in point - a sensation Mirabella Crossfire New Yorker recorded acoustic with no EQ, reverb or effects. 

It might have been tempting to edit this into two “performance” videos but I just couldn’t bring myself to do it - it’s such a lovely moment - so I’ve kept the playing and discussion intact. Cris is not visible in the shot but you do catch glimpses of him reflected in the headstock of his instrument as he speaks. I quite like that. But I did go to arts college.
